Start this workout by holding the ball on your right hand. Then, smack the ball with your left hand hardly. Now, move the ball to your left hand and smack it with your right hand. Next, release the ball and then smack it hard with both of your hand. Do this simple basketball dribbling workout for 15 seconds by increasing the speed anytime you repeat it.
To do this workout, hold the ball with both of your hands. The position must be behind your back. Just make sure that your feet shoulder width apart. Now, bend over for 90 degrees at the waist. Continue this step by flip the ball through your legs. Try to reach the ball forward and catch it in front of your knees. Now, try to do the opposite step by flipping the ball back between your legs. Reach the backwards and catch the ball. Try to do flip drill for 15 seconds and increase the speed.
Prepare yourself just like when you want to do flip drill. Now, hold the ball with your right hand in the front. Put your left hand on the back. Machine Gun Drill
Sit and positioned your legs into a V. Put the ball between your legs. Try to dribble the ball in front of you. 2 Ball Drill

Tennis Ball Drill
Find a wall and stand for about 3 feet from it. Hold a ball on your right hand and a tennis ball on your left hand.
